5. Cork Wine Bar & Market
Cork Wine Bar & Market offers a wide selection of wines from all over the world, as well as local Washington DC favorites. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, but also very warm and welcoming. It has an open floor plan with high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and lots of tables for groups or couples to enjoy their wine.

The bar features a large selection of wines by the glass as well as bottles, but if you’re more interested in enjoying a bottle of wine at your table, Zachys has bottles available as well. They also offer special events once or twice a month including tastings and education programs on topics such as wine pairings and food pairings.
