1. Girl Gone Wine
Relax within picturesque southeastern Oklahoma while Girl Gone Wine helps you focus on having fun. Bring a friend or group of friends for a memorable, happiness-filled time. Taste some signature wines from this boutique winery, enjoying the covered patio as you unwind.
The Wine Tasting is free. However, you need to make reservations. Complimentary tastings are in the gift shop and last about 15 minutes. For a more comfortable atmosphere where you can sit and taste wine, visit the GSpot VIP Tasting room.
The VIP room offers a Designated Diva package that includes non-alcohol Muscadine juice, a souvenir glass, and a small tray of yummies. Or buy a glass of wine, shop, and have fun on the patio.
Appreciate a glass of Groovin made with Pinot Gris. A dry white wine tastes delightful with honeydew and green apple notes. Another dry wine but red is Down Under Divas, a full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon.
Also available are sweet wines and semi-dry wines, pleasing any palate. You can make your own batch of 30 bottles of wine under the staff’s tutelage. Return when your batch is ripe for bottling, cork, and give it your custom label.
2. Indian Creek Village Winery
In Ringwood, you have the option to stop by and taste their wine or even stay the night at their charming Bed & Breakfast.
Wake up in the morning overlooking rows and rows of grapevines while tucked away in a forest of oak trees. Indian Creek Village Winery is a family-owned and operated establishment, offering a unique venue for reunions, weddings, and celebrations.
Consider a romantic getaway or a day trip with special friends where you decompress and unwind the worries away.
Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere while sampling the wines in the Tasting Room. Choose your favorite, pour a glass, and wander the landscaped grounds with your drink in hand.
Samplings include house blends, Merlot, Chambourcin, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, White Zinfandel and Vignoles.
Lodging in their three-story Bed & Breakfast is a real treat, featuring a pool, six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a large dining area. The winery hosts an RV Park with ten spots.
Each 50-amp, 30-amp, sewer, water hookups, and Wi-Fi. They even have a three-story cabin for wedding parties, reunions, and get-togethers. It includes a salon, massage room, hot tub, pool table, six bedrooms, and bathrooms.
3. Sparks Vineyard and Winery
Spend a little quiet time at Sparks Vineyard and Winery after driving several miles of country roads on rustic terrains and rolling hills. It’s peaceful and beautiful where you can sit on the patio, enjoying premium wine.
The winery also shares a deep history of winemaking in Oklahoma, where a French immigrant named Leon C. Fouquet planted 14 acres of grapevines in 1910, a legendary chapter in the history of wine harvesting. Fouquet’s spirit for growing fine wine lives on at the vineyard.
In 2001, the Tasting Room opened, where you can try many award-winning wines. Open Saturdays, from 11 to 4 PM, and Sundays, from 12 to 4 PM, but they suggest you call them first to make sure.
They have dry, sweet, and fruit wines. Riesling is a favorite sweet wine with a floral nose and tropical fruit notes.
If you like Pinot Noir, try their Village Red, smooth and soft, similar to Pinot Noir. You can’t go wrong with their Cabernet Sauvignon, mellow palate with soft tannins and light oak.
The winery hosts events like Paint-In sessions and Dutch Oven Cookery. Inquire about current events during your tasting.
4. StableRidge Vineyards and Winery
Savor some delightful wines in a laid-back locale with a gift shop and Tasting Room in the town’s first Catholic Church, built in 1902. Now refurbished, the church has its original design and an inviting and caring atmosphere.
You can unwind on the patio with a glass of dry red or white wine. Try some blends like Harmony and white Zinfandel blend. Jeremiah’s Red is exceptionally popular, made with a blend of reds and a note of blackberry.
StableRidge Vineyards and Winery makes wine only with Oklahoma-grown grapes, winemaking on their Route 66 location.
To taste the wines, stop by during business hours, Fridays and Sundays, from 12 PM to 5 PM, and Saturdays, from 12 PM to 6 PM. Reservations are unnecessary unless it’s a group larger than five. Try some of their award-winning wines.
Other wines to consider are Merlot, Wild Thang, Accent, and Trina’s Rose. The winery hosts events but also attends several festivals, grand openings, and markets.
5. Plymouth Valley Cellars
In Fairview, enjoy the family farm turned winery with a Bed & Breakfast, camps sites with hookups, and a large cabin for your family and friends.
Wander through the vineyard, stop by the Tasting Room to learn about Plymouth Valley Cellars, and enjoy complimentary free sipping of their award-winning estate wines and grape juices.
Some varietals to try are Oklahoma Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Cabernet Doux, Zinfandel, and Kiwi Strawberry. Guests appreciate the diverse, high-quality wine. Don’t forget to try their Flaming Ice, a refreshing blend of chilled wine.
The winery hosts events for up to 98 people that include seated dining. The open grounds are for weddings, family reunions, corporate events, and more.

6. Canadian River Vineyards and Winery
Near Norman and on 77 and Slaughterville Road is Canadian River Vineyards and Winery. They planted several acres of stunning vineyards in 2000, and the winery only makes wine from state-grown grapes.
The vineyard is an ideal backdrop for parties, weddings, movie nights, game nights, bonfires, and more. Every fall, the winery hosts its Annual Grape Stomp Festival, which includes vendors, food trucks, live music, wine tastings, and giveaways.
Stop by without a reservation on Fridays through Sundays to enjoy their wines, welcoming staff, and lovely grounds to wander and sip from your glass flights of six wines for $8.00 and free with any wine bottle you buy.
The wine list constantly changes, so try to visit often. The winery offers dry to sweet and signature wines, including their award-winning Chocolate Drop wine. It’s a red blend with notes of sweet chocolate cherry. It’s the perfect dessert wine with an unusual depth of scent and taste.
Other wines include Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Classic Red, Dry Riesling, and Riesling.
7. Rusty Nail Winery
Come by this boutique winery in Sulphur, where they host travelers and locals, giving them a chance to relax. You can sip and taste, learning about the family-owned and female-led mother and her daughters.
In 2015, Debbie, Mellissa, and Leah turned a hobby into a passion for making and serving excellent wine. These ladies produce custom wines using the best quality varietals and the finest juices.
Visit the Tasting Room, open Tuesdays through Saturdays from Noon to 8 PM, offering wines by the taste, glass or bottle. Flights range from $5.50 to $6.50. All their wines are exclusive at The Rusty Nail Winery.

The winery offers dry, fruit-infused, reds, whites, and rose. Sip the Oklahoma Plains Cabernet Sauvignon, a bold, medium-bodied red with black fruit and spice notes. Its silky smoothness has a lingering oak finish.
Or you try the Vendome Well Australian Chardonnay, a full-bodied, clean, golden wine, and taste the crisp, rich toasted oak flavors and notes of apples and pears. For a refreshing fruit-infused wine, sip the Paint the Town Pink Pomegranate Zinfandel.
It’s refreshing as a sweet red but earthy and rich. Pomegranate balances the spicy and robust Zinfandel grapes, producing a delicate and unique taste on your first sip. Served chilled, it’s a winner.
