1. Door County Wine Festival

The Door County Wine Fest will be held in June at Maxwelton Braes in Baileys Harbor, Wisconsin. The event will feature eight local wineries, unlimited wine tastings, and sumptuous food.

Tickets to the event will cost $70 for general admission and will be sold at the gate. Limited tickets are available so it is recommended you buy in advance, which also comes at a lower price point. Interested parties should purchase their tickets in advance to ensure their seats.

The festival will feature eight Door County Wine Trail wineries. These wineries are located between Lake Michigan and Green Bay. They showcase the natural beauty and charm of Door County.

Many of the wineries feature cherry and apple wines, and they’ll do everything they can to make your visit a memorable one. You can also visit one of their amazing restaurants. For a more personal experience, try one of their artisanal products.

2. Anderson Valley

The wine industry will celebrate the harvest season in Anderson Valley, Wisconsin. In this area of the world, winemakers and grape growers will celebrate their work by holding a harvest festival and a pig roast.

During the festival, renowned chef Scott Baird will prepare a feast that celebrates the valley’s agricultural roots and abundance.

In addition to the wine and food, local breweries and cideries will also participate in the festivities. There will also be a raffle for a new exhibit that will showcase Anderson Valley’s wine industry.

4. Chippewa Falls Oktoberfest

Fall Festival in Chippewa Falls celebrates the diversity of Chippewa Valley with its annual international arts & crafts bazaar, ethnic food stands, and a parade of nations. This three-day event brings people of all backgrounds and beliefs together for fun and fellowship. There are plenty of fun activities for the entire family to enjoy.

There is live music, German food, and family activities to keep the kids entertained during the Chippewa Falls Oktoberfest.

This event is held every September 16 and 17 and attracts more than 12,000 people each year. Admission is $10 per person at the gate, or free for children 12 and younger.

Parking is free, and wristbands are available. The festival also offers multi-day passes.

5. Wine & Harvest Festival – Cedarburg

Cedarburg has become one of Wisconsin’s most charming towns, and its Wine & Harvest Festival is an annual celebration of local wares. This festival was established in 1986, just two years after the town was designated as a National Historic District.

In addition to the Wine & Harvest Festival, the town hosts a Strawberry Festival, Cedarburg Rotary Runner Cycling Classic, and Oktoberfest. In 2008, the town also added A Cedarburg Christmas to its line-up of family-friendly entertainment.

The wine festival is free to attend and is a great way to spend the day with your family. On Saturday, the festival opens at 10:00 am and goes on until 6:00 pm. The Great Grape Stomp is a festival favorite that takes place at 1:00 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. The festival will also feature live music on the main stage, as well as delicious foods and treats.

This festival is family-friendly and features a winery that has won several awards. You can also catch free arts and crafts events while you’re there. Whether you prefer a gourmet or a savory bite, the festival food court offers many options.

Try Olsen’s Piggly Wiggly’s Original Harvest Apple Brat, which is one of the festival’s top attractions. The CHS Robotics food booth will serve a delicious Cranberry Turkey Wrap.

The festival also includes a marketplace for local vendors to sell their products. There’s also a pumpkin stomping contest. Sign up for this event, it begins at 11 am.

6. Kohler Food & Wine Experience – Kohler

The Kohler Food and Wine Experience is one of the Midwest’s hidden gems. Now in its 14th year, this event offers foodies and wine lovers an interactive experience with celebrity chefs and world-class accommodations. Attendees can taste samples of dishes while chefs demonstrate their culinary skills.

The event features a wide range of food and wine pairings, cooking demos, educational sessions, luncheons, and live music entertainment. Top chefs from around the country will perform at this annual event. The line-up this year features Fabio Viviani, the fan favorite from Bravo’s “Top Chef” who runs 16 restaurants across the U.S.

Rick Bayless is a James Beard Award-winning cookbook author and restaurateur, Melissa King, who is a judge on “Top Chef,” and Nyesha Arrington, a member of Fox’s “Next Level Chef” with Gordon Ramsay.

The Kohler Food & Wine Experience is a four-day extravaganza of wine, food, and fun. It’s attended by thousands of food and wine enthusiasts. The event is spread across the sprawling grounds of the Kohler resort, so you may have to walk a bit between sessions.

However, the resort provides free shuttles that make the journey much less taxing. You can also purchase day passes for the event, which offer access to four sessions during the day. There are also evening sessions, which can be booked separately.

7. Frozen Tundra Winefest

Enjoy the crisp winter air and Wisconsin wine at this one-of-a-kind Frozen Tundra Winefest. Warm up by our outdoor bonfires while sipping wine by the glass or bottle. Experience tours, live music, and cuisine from mobile kitchens! There will be games too!

People who are hardy enough to appreciate Wisconsin’s frozen tundra should attend this event. Come prepared for the weather with warm, waterproof boots and other appropriate attire.

Parking is available only on-site, and there will be no tents. The time and day will be announced. Everything will depend on the weather. The cost of admission is $10 per person, and there are only some spots available.

8. Fall Harvest Fest in Fish Creek

The Fall Harvest Fest annual festival is a great way to sample all sorts of foods, wine, and local brews. Local producers and chefs team up to make this a truly unique experience.

You must take advantage of complimentary tastings at local wineries, such as von Stiehl Winery. The winery’s sensory celebration features heritage foods and wines. The event also includes food trucks, a corn maze, and wagon rides.

The Fall Harvest Fest is the perfect way to get into the fall spirit. This Door County event also features Jack O’Lantern Days, a local Halloween celebration that features activities for the whole family. There’s also an Adults-Only Art Night at Hands-On Art Studio, a trolley ghost tour, and a contest for the best costume!

When most people think of Door County, they envision vineyards and wineries, but cider is a great fall treat, whether you’re an experienced cider drinker or a novice. Island Orchard makes delicious cider, available throughout Door County. It’s best served warm and with a cinnamon stick.
