1. Newport Mansions Food & Wine Festival Presents Newport After Dark Party

Newport Mansions Food & Wine Festivals has several events year-round, with the next event being Newport After Dark hosted by Dive Bar.
Tickets to this event will entitle visitors to wine, beer, and cocktails made by the festival’s sponsors: Batch & Bottle, Woodford Reserve, Drumshanbo, Campari, Mount Gay Rum, and Gunpowder Irish Gin.
Food will be provided in a variety of Hors d’oeuvres that will be available throughout the evening with entertainment in the form of DJ Gibran PVD keeping the mood festive.
Newport Mansion’s Food and Wine Festivals are sponsored by several sources, including J.P. Morgan, Batch & Bottle, and Empson USA. These festivals look to explore wine sourced worldwide and food from local and international sources.
2. 5th Annual Harvest Festival

Organized by the Newport Vineyards, the 5th Annual Harvest Festiva is a fun event for the whole family. The two-day festival includes a host of events that can be enjoyed by adults and children alike.
Grape stomping will occur where visitors can learn how wine used to be made. These events will occur at 12:00 and 15:00 on both Saturday and Sunday.
Wine and beer tasting will occur where adults over 21 can enjoy a glass of their chosen beverage and choose to buy a bottle to take home. Food will be provided by the vineyard’s culinary team for purchase.
A host of competitions will occur so you should be dressed accordingly. Contestants will be called on at random for the audience so if you are looking to take part, make sure to be present and visible around the location. These competitions include a Grape Stomp and a Pie-Eating Contest.
Purchasing a ticket will entitle the visitor to a souvenir logo glass and a wine tasting of five beverages from the wine and beer bars. Additional beverages will be available for those who do not drink alcoholic beverages or are looking for something different.
3. Taste of Rhode Island

Taste of Rhode Island is back after a two-year hiatus! This event looks to encourage visitors to attend the festival and enjoy food and beverages from local sources.
Food will be provided by top-rated restaurants, hidden food gems, and other local chefs who will provide a range of food items to be enjoyed.
This food will pair well with the beverages featured at the event: wine, beer, and spirits from local partners. These items can be enjoyed while listening to live music, cooking and craft cocktail demonstrations, and the Taste of Rhode Island Foodie Awards.
The music will create a lively atmosphere for visitors to encourage dancing and the demonstrations are sure to keep visitors interested.
Music will be provided by the Sound of Big Lux Violin and Dr. Slick. Cooking demonstrations will be done by Frank Terranova while cocktail demonstrations will be done by Ryan Draine who is the creative director of DigIn Dining.
A charity raffle will occur in the Charity Raffle Pavilion with a range of prizes available for guests. 100% of the proceeds will go towards MAE Organization to support the homeless and local individuals and families in need.
4. Wine Glass Painting at Leyden Farm Vineyard

Leyden Farm Vineyard is hosting a Wine Glass Painting event which is sure to be done again in the following years. Previous wine glass painting events have occurred in the past so it is sure to be an ongoing event.
During the event, you will receive a wine glass (that costs $20 each) and materials supplied by Inebri-Art so customize your drinking glass. Once your glass has been decorated, you can buy some wine to enjoy while sitting in the luscious gardens of Leyden Farm Vineyard.
This event is a fun way to spend time with friends and partners while creating a one-of-a-kind wine glass to sip from going forward. These wine glasses could be made for someone as a gift or, if a group of friends does this together, you can use them for your catch-up evenings for a glass of wine.
