This brand of vodka is said to be made by spirit lovers and is known as an honest vodka. Wodka has a controversial origin.

Some say that this brand was first introduced in Russia, however, the brand itself is fairly certain it originated in Poland. Wodka is made in Poland using only the finest Polish ingredients and traditional Polish methods.

Wodka claims that it is its history that makes its vodka so great. Their spirit is made from top-quality Polish rye. The rye is distilled as many as five times and charcoal distilled twice.

This brand is so proud of its Polish heritage that they even use Polish charcoal for this process. The Wodka brand claims their vodka tastes good in cocktails as well as out of cocktails.

2. Luksusowa Vodka

Established in 1928, Luksusowa vodka is a Polish potato vodka. The word “Luksusowa” means luxurious in Polish, which rightly fits the brand as it is considered a premium vodka.

This brand’s vodka is made from Polish potatoes. The potatoes are mashed, fermented, and then distilled in order to create a raw spirit. At this stage, the spirit is about 90% ABV.

The raw spirit is then worked on by Luksusowa’s rectification master who defines the vodka’s character. The rectification is done by removing the impurities in the spirit whilst still retaining the flavor and potato character.

Distillation is then done using “only the purest water” to an ABV of 40%. Finally, the spirit is filtered for clarity.

Luksusowa claims to be making their vodka for men the same way they always have, no matter the circumstances. It is said that this is because “men have each other’s backs no matter what”.

3. Chopin Vodka

Chopin vodka is a brand with a vision. They reject the common notion that couples all vodkas as the same.

The people behind the brand also believe that the definition of vodka as “a flavorless, odorless, neutral spirit without distinctive character, aroma, taste, or color” is not at all correct. Chopin set out to show that these claims are wrong by taking action and doing something revolutionary.

This brand decided to create and produce three distinctive, single-ingredient vodkas. These three vodkas are made from potatoes, rye, and wheat respectively in order to showcase just how unique vodkas can be.

Chopin is set apart from other brands in that they do not produce any vodkas that are artificially flavored.

4. Krupnik Vodka

While this brand is most known for its crystal-clear vodka, they also cater to other preferences. Krupnik offers a wide range of flavored vodkas which can be enjoyed either on their own or coupled with your favorite mixers.

5. Dębowa Vodka

The uniqueness and flavor of this spirit are taken to the next level by this brand as the vodka is bottled with a strip of wood resting inside.

6. Belvedere Vodka

Next up is the brand that is built on the philosophy of  “made with nature”. Belvedere vodka is created using Polish rye and purified water. The spirit is then distilled by fire.

The Polish rye used to make this vodka is said to be a “complex grain with ancient roots”. The brand uses rye to make its vodka as it imparts a character and flavor that is distinct and unique.

Coupled with the Polish rye is the pristine water drawn from a natural artesian well. The well is located on the grounds of the Belvedere distillery.

The natural well water is filtered and purified before being combined with the rye. This combination allows the complex flavors or the grain to shine through.

7. Sobieski Vodka

This vodka is made from potatoes and is distilled using triple-play distillation technology.

Vesica vodka may seem a bit over the top with its idea of balance and perfection, but there is no doubt that the brand has done something right.

Their vodka is one of a kind and naturally gluten-free! It is said to be original and flavored at the same time. So, you really have to try it to understand the brilliance behind it.
